The SyncSchool Story
SyncSchool was founded in 2021 by a team of educators, engineers, and technologists who grew frustrated watching schools drown in paperwork, disconnected spreadsheets, and fragmented tools — while teachers, parents, and administrators struggled to stay in sync.
We started with a simple conviction: every school deserves one platform that works for everyone. A teacher shouldn't have to chase down an admin to know if a student is absent. A parent shouldn't have to call the school office to check a fee balance. An administrator shouldn't spend hours compiling reports by hand.
Three years later, SyncSchool runs across 2,400 schools — with a dedicated mobile app for teachers, a parent portal for real-time student tracking, and a powerful web dashboard for administrators managing everything from timetables and exams to fees and announcements. Over 1.2 million students rely on it daily across 40+ countries.
